Tasks

The focus of your internship will lie in supporting the transformation team in pushing new distribution and payment solutions for our B2B customers. You will support the team in their day-to-day operations but at the same time will have dedicated exciting and strategic projects.

• Develop communication material on airline distribution and payment for knowledge management throughout the global sales organization
• Benchmarking and research on trends, competitive analysis in the world of airline distribution
• Identify and analyze complex challenges in the distribution environment
• Support in strategic development, implementation and monitoring of success for the Distribution & Payment Transformation team
• Proactive, close interaction with relevant stakeholders within the Global Sales & Digital Retailing teams
• Organize events and (team) offsites
• Supporting our project teams from planning to execution, PMO support
• Support on day-to-day operations for the distribution and payment transformation team.

Requirements

You are the right person for this role if you have an interest in digital technology, can think conceptually, have analytical and project management skills, and are a strong collaborator and communicator – we are looking forward to your application!

• Bachelor and Master students or graduates from university or university of applied sciences in economics, IT, aviation, or business administration (Bachelor students much have completed at least three semesters)
• An interest in digital technology and trends in the aviation industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
• Eager to work together with a wide variety of people across different international locations
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Willingness to travel
• Very good MS Office and project management skills
