Tasks

SWISS has recently introduced a new TMS, CIMOIO. The aim of this Internship is to build up the Qualification Database and to introduce the Authorization Module functions.

• Build up the basic qualification structure in the TMS
• Assign the qualifications to the training products
• Create specific technical training programs.
  • Digital Syllabi
  • Digital Assessments
• Testing of new functions on the test environment
• Post-monitoring on live cases after implementation
• Take corrective actions as required. Direct interaction with the provider via e-Ticket System

Requirements

• Workload Specification: For this position, 80-100% workload is preferred.
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
• Affinity for IT is a great advantage
• Analytical thinking is required
• Used to work with or in accordance with regulations
• Fluent spoken and written German and English skills is mandatory
• Good MS Office skills
