To support our Sales Management department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an
INTERN INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGEMENT (M/F/X — 100%)
The Sales Management department is responsible for all the topics related to sales monitoring, budget planning, business transformation, pricing, and reporting. Data analysis is the motor of the department. In this position, you will support our Sales Management team through the preparation of various analyses and documents for decision-making and contribute to the successful distribution of our watches.
Start Date: 01.04.2023
Duration: 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in developing and completing various weekly and ad-hoc reports/analyses related to sales activities for internal purposes as well as for Richemont management
- Key focus on KPIs like Sellout trends, SOSI, stock coverage, number of doors, or productivity
- Support the pricing analyst in monitoring of the worldwide product pricing
- Development of various presentations for the management team
- Exchange on daily basis with the local IWC teams in the distribution entities
- Contribution to various sales projects such as continuously improving our reporting tools
YOUR PROFILE:
- Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, business, or finance
- Previous internship experience in a related field is an asset
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and reliably on various projects
- Appreciation for and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to deal with a large workload and prioritize the importance of tasks
- Resilient, dynamic, and team player personality with a pro-active and curious attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Written and spoken fluency of English is required, German and French knowledge are a plus
