MEININGER Hôtel Genève Centre Charmilles is looking for his next Assistant Hotel Manager Intern (f/m/d).

YOUR TASKS

• You work together with the Assistant hotel manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• You are in contact with in- and external suppliers and oversee daily stock and cost control as well as monthly reporting
• You drive implementation, monitoring, and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• You manage the team, recruit, coach and develop your team members in close collaboration with your operations Manager
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day- and evening shift
• You are a great host and create memorable experiences for our guests

• You are currently studying in a Swiss hospitality school
• You are solution driven, show strong commitment and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• You lead by example, enjoy working shifts alongside your team, training and motivating them
• You bring a sharp eye for detail, spot opportunities for improvement and follow them through
• You possess excellent communication skills in French and English. Good German language skills are an advantage.
