Tasks

• Develop, visualize and describe a “Role – Training Matrix” for Swiss WorldCargo.
• Develop and implement the qualification management concept in our LMS system.
• Support the development of various new Web Based Training modules.
• Manage course administration in our LMS System “Cimoio”.
• Editing and updating course content and learning material.
• Support the cargo training team in expanding the training portfolio in line with organizational needs and strategic directions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional training projects and / or workgroups.
• Identify opportunities for continuously improving training methods, tools and material.

Requirements

• Workload Specification: For this position, a minimum of 80% is preferred.
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex subjects for easy comprehension
• Self-initiative and high grade of motivation to proactively take over tasks
• Creative, flexible, open mindset, objective oriented.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• First experience with learning management systems and creating online training content is a plus
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
