Job Description

387! That's the number of hiring the University Relations team did in 2022 across interns, graduates, PhD's, Post-Doc's and Discover Novartis. This reflects the increasing commitment regarding our early talents at Novartis in Switzerland across divisions.
Now, we are looking for an energized and motivated Postgraduate Intern who supports us in our daily business and organizes Early Talent Events. Duration: May/June until Dezember 2023 Your key responsibilities:
• Operations: Ensuring day-to-day support to line managers, P&O, interns and trainees
• Recruitment: recruitment of interns, trainees and Discover Novartis Program candidates
• Events: lead in organizing National Future Day (plus rework), support in organizing Discovery Week
• Project work: support University Relations and Early Talents CH projects

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• Recently graduated Bachelor or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Management or related
• English and German proficiency required, French is a plus
• Pro-activeness, good communication skills, open and collaborative personality with good interpersonal skills
• Structured personality with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
