Controlling Intern

We are looking for a Controlling intern within our Finance department based in Meyrin from for a period of 6 months (contracted internship).

Your mission:

Your objective is to complement your academic background with a challenging professional experience in an international environment.

You will join the Controlling department at Panerai, a Maison of the Richemont Group.

You will provide support to the teams during the entire planning process.

You will participate in the monthly and quarterly closing analysis and ad hoc financial analysis.

How will you make an impact?

• You will participate in the budget preparation and the quarterly budget reviews in collaboration with the operational staff and the distribution subsidiaries (preparation of budgets by department/market, consolidation of data, integration into systems and summaries)
• You will participate in monthly/quarterly closing analyses: analysis of P&L elements, production of reports/dashboards/syntheses for top management and/or the group
• You will also be responsaible for the development of the Maison's business processes and the management of the Maison's fiancial statements.

How will you experience success?

• As a student enrolled in a business / engineering school or university, pursuing Master's degree or equivalent, specializing in corporate finance/auditing/management control, looking for a 6 months internship
• You have an excellent knowledge of Excel and a good command of the Office package
• You have knowledge of SAP and Power BI (a plus)
• You demonstrate fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate within an international context
• You have a strong analytical mindset, rigour and organizational skills
• You embrace curiostity and reactivity as key traits that fuel continuous learning
• You cultivate strong interpersonal skills and a sense of service for efficient teamwork

Interview process

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call

2nd Stage – Interview with Hiring manager and our HR department.

3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
