Job Description - Group Employer Branding and University Relations Intern

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As part of the Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team based in Geneva you will support in the management of university relations, campus events organization, reporting, and creation of engaging employer branding content ensuring a uniform and attractive brand presence for Richemont globally.

In this role you will also support and assist the EB and TA community at Regional and Maison level and collaborate with multiple teams globally (in particular with Talent Acquisition teams, Internal Communication, External Communication) ensuring the following activities:

  • Support in editing, creating and reviewing content both for our online and offline activations
  • Edit, design and fine tune visual content for our different media channels
  • Support in the reporting and tracking of our communication KPIs
  • Support in the reporting and tracking of our campus engagement KPIs
  • Support in the managemnet of our campus engagement projects to raise company awareness and recruit the next generation of leaders across our different functions
  • Support with other TA and EB ad hoc activities, as they occur

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a background education in  Digital Marketing Communication Public Relations Journalism  or  Human Ressources .
  • You have experience with  Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and/or other image editing tools and enjoy graphic design activities
  • Good knowledge of social media and communication channels
  • Creative, resourceful and an open mindset towards continuous learning
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills , another language is a plus
  • Ability to  plan co-ordinate and  react quickly to changes , to  prioritize and manage your own workload
  • High attention to detail
  • You are available starting from beginning of  July 2024for a 6-months internship
  • You have an  internship agreement with your school/university
