Tasks

• Creation and distribution of the B2B newsletters and website
• Copywriting for email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain customers
• Editing and proofreading newsletter content
• Planning schedules and maintaining deadlines
• Edit and maintain of our website
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement in email and other digital marketing efforts
• Collaboration in other B2B marketing projects such as the organization and implementation of market communication or perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the superior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Editing of picture material via Photoshop or Indesign
• Support with existing social media channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in marketing & communication

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good copywriting and copyediting abilities
• First experience with a content management systems and image and text editing tool is a plus
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-initiative and high grade of motivation to proactively take over tasks
• Creative, flexible, open mindset, objective oriented, willing to take responsibilities
• Very good spoken and written English skills, German is a plus
• Team player, communicative and able to work under high pressure
