Business Development & Marketing Intern

enshift is a technology company focused on renewable energy. We support leading real estate and industrial clients in analysing, financing, implementing, and continuously optimising sustainable energy solutions.

To support our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain practical experience across sales, business development, and marketing, with a particular focus on the French-speaking market.

Tasks

• Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients and business partners
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, particularly for the French-speaking marketHelp prepare client presentations, proposals, and sales materials
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, contact information, and CRM dataSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Create and coordinate French-language content for LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, and other communication channels
• Analyse campaign and sales results and prepare short performance reportsCollaborate with different teams on commercial and strategic projects

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Native French; German is an advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, real state and renewable energy
• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues
