Change Management Intern

YOUR MISSION:
Join the Change Management team and gain practical experience supporting organisational change and project delivery for Retail (and other group) initiatives. Work alongside Change Managers on workshops, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting.​​

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Help plan workshops, stakeholder meetings, including agendas, presentations, invitations and follow-ups.​
• Draft communications and support newsletters, stakeholder updates and reporting.​
• Support change impact assessment and training strategy definition.
• Support documentation strategy (User guide creation and maintenance, OneWiki pages)​
• Compile activity data, maintain team documentation and coordinate schedules across stakeholders.​
• Participate in meetings and training while learning change, adoption and engagement practices.​
• Provide flexible administrative and project support as priorities evolve.​

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.​
• Strong organisation, time management and written and verbal communication skills.​
• Comfortable with PowerPoint, Canvas, Word and Excel or any other creation tools.​
• Curious, proactive and collaborative.​
• School/university internship agreement required; available for 6 months from February 2027.​
