• Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
  


• Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco’s offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
  


• Sales & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
  


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  


• Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.
  

Profil

Who we are looking for

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
  


• You have prior internship experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a startup).
  


• You are fluent in both English and German (Swiss German is a plus) and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Any additional language skills (French and/or Italian) being also appreciated.
  


• You have a strong business acumen and are comfortable interacting with clients.
  


• You have excellent relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
  


• You are dynamic, proactive, and have strong organizational and time management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
  


• You have a “can-do” attitude, are a quick learner, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  


• You are available to start immediately.

• A six-month internship with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role in the Client Success team.
