Culture, Inclusion & Leadership Intern

for a 6‑month assignment based in Geneva. In this role, you will contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, driving engaging community initiatives, and supporting impactful leadership programs. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration—building skills to launch a meaningful, purpose-driven career. Pre-requisites Candidates must be currently enrolled in a fully accredited Master's degree program and able to provide a valid internship agreement issued by their university. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks independently with guidance Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and digital platforms Inclusion : Support our inclusion certification process in 7 countries (project management, data collection, stakeholder engagement) Communities and network: Assist in organizing and coordinating our employee-led communities network activities (such Employee Resources Groups and Young professionals group) , including event planning, communications, and ideation sessions. Support on organizing connections and cross-functional collaboration events with business leaders, HRBP's, Local / Regional HR members, etc. Women Leadership Development program: Assist on the deployment of our "Women Acceleration Program", i.e. participant communication, coordination with the vendor, KPIs definition and tracking Leadership identity deployment: Support the rollout of Leadership Identity (content deployment, guides, sharepoint page) and Leadership assessment tactical activities, including tracking completion, collecting feedback, and generating reports
