Enhance the architecture and scalability of our Azure-based platform

Ensure high reliability and stability of our customer-facing services by advancing our monitoring capabilities using Victoria Metrics and Application Insights

Elevate our observability stack through well-structured dashboards, actionable alerts, and insightful metrics

Maintain, optimize, and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to support a fast and safe delivery lifecycle

Identify and implement innovative strategies to reduce operational costs and boost platform performance

Contribute to the improvement and standardization of internal processes through clear documentation and automation

Collaborate on the evolution of our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enhance the developer experience and efficiency

Currently attending Platform Developer EFZ or similiar

Self-driven and eager to take initiative

Good organizational and communication skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Basic understanding of Linux fundamentals and networking concepts

Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, or Terraform (advantage)

Initial experience or strong interest in scripting and programming (Python, Bash, Go, .NET, Next.js)

Fluent in German and English (any additional language is a plus)

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
