Finance Intern - Accounts Receivable (6 months)

As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and health of our revenue cycle. You will take ownership of chasing and tracing, reconciling payments and ensuring our cash flow remains consistent as we scale.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring and matching of incoming payments to ensure the accuracy of the accounts receivable ledger.
• Take the lead on following up on outstanding invoices and communicating professionally with clients to resolve payment delays.
• Investigate and trace missing or mismatched payments by reconciling bank statements with our internal platforms.
• Ensure the integrity of billing data and assist in maintaining the group’s purchasing and invoicing systems.
• Support the preparation of weekly aging reports to provide visibility on outstanding debt to the Finance team.
• Participate in the implementation of internal control processes to streamline the collection and billing cycle.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on revenue trends and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Ambitious and autonomous graduate, bachelor or master student (Finance, Economics or similar), willing to learn and surpass yourself.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential; familiarity with Power Query is a strong plus).
• Knowledge of Dynamics, Precoro, or any other accounting/analytical tool is an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English. Good German skills are a significant plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
