Founder's Associate - Marketing & Demand Generation

You will help design and build Urban Connect's demand generation engine across our entire product portfolio. We are looking for someone fascinated by systems thinking, storytelling, AI and enterprise buying behaviour—not someone who simply executes campaigns.

About the Founder's Associate Program

Our Founder's Associate Program is designed for exceptional students and recent graduates who want to learn how a high-growth technology company is built from the inside. Associates work directly with our founders and leadership team, take ownership of strategically important projects, and gain exposure across product, strategy, commercial growth and operations. The programme is intended to develop future entrepreneurs, operators and business leaders.

• Design an integrated demand generation engine.

• Create thought leadership and sales enablement content.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Experiment with AI, automation and new growth channels.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales and Customer Success.
