Go-to-Market Intern / Working Student - FutureComplete (INAIT)

FutureComplete is INAIT's API-first forecasting platform. We've moved through successful proofs of value into the pilot phase, and our Microsoft partnership is opening more commercial opportunities than our small team can currently cover. We're looking for a Master's student to help us build the go-to-market engine from the ground up. 

What you'll do 

You'll work directly with our product lead (and our incoming GTM Lead) on a mix of: 

• Marketing content: case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn, newsletters, website copy. 
• CRM and pipeline: setting up and maintaining HubSpot (or equivalent), keeping data clean, building simple dashboards. 
• Campaigns and events: helping plan and run webinars, outreach, and Microsoft co-marketing activities. 
• Market and competitive research to support positioning and sales conversations. 
• The scope is broad on purpose. You'll get exposure to the full GTM stack of an early-stage B2B SaaS product, inside a broader research-driven company. 

Who you are

• Master's student in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field. 
• Strong written and spoken English (French is a plus, not required). 
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g. Claude) to scale your output, and the judgment to know when not to. 
• Curious, structured, and able to ship work independently. 
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales ops, or a startup is a plus, not a requirement. 

Logistics

• Start: ASAP. 
• Format: flexible, either 1 month full-time or ~2 days a week over a longer period. 
• Location: Lausanne, our office at Ours metro stop. 
• Paid: CHF 3’500-./month for full time position
