We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. 

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship since Audi's entry into the sport in 2026. 

The team is based across three strategic locations. The power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany, while the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. Complementing these operations, the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester provides a foothold in the heart of Motorsport Valley, enabling direct access to top Formula 1 talent and key strategic partners.

The currently advertised Graduate vacancies for the Audi Revolut F1® Team are based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. Please note that our Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK Graduate vacancies will be advertised in early 2027.

Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to candidates who can demonstrate and provide supporting evidence that they meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You have the right to work in Switzerland
• You completed, or will complete, your studies between 01.09.2025 and 31.08.2027
• You are available to work on-site in Hinwil, Switzerland for the full 24-month programme
• You are available to start the programme on 01.09.2027
