We are currently looking for an Innovation Manager Intern. Join us at Crypto Finance Group, where innovation is not just encouraged, it is your actual job. As an Innovation Manager Intern, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be part of a dynamic environment, where ideas are explored, challenged, and then refined. 

In this role, you will roll up your sleeves and dive into strategic concepts, emerging technologies, and idea generation/manifestation to drive momentum across the organization. The starting date is asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich. 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate directly with the CSO to explore and develop strategic ideas originating from leadership and
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, with a focus on blockchain and in relation to Crypto Finance’s core topics: crypto custody,  infrastructure, and trading 
• Translate abstract concepts into structured innovation proposals, prototypes, and/or  pilot initiatives 
• Facilitate internal workshops and brainstorming sessions to unlock new ideas 
• Support in documenting and presenting the innovation initiatives to  executive stakeholders 
• Approach hype-driven trends critically; buzzword resistance is a must 

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field 
• Self-starters are welcome 

• Demonstrated interest in innovation, strategy, or emerging technologies 

• Familiarity with blockchain and crypto concepts is an advantage 

• Strong analytical and communication skills 

• Comfortable working independently and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence and adaptability 

• Fluent in English
