Who we’re looking for 

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Master's student in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering


• Strong analytical skills, ability to design and streamline processes


• Experience with consumer data collection and analysis


• Interest in Procurement


• Fluent in English

Description

This program will offer you the opportunity to contribute hands-on to our Direct Material (DIM) procurement organization in Switzerland. Through this role, you'll gain invaluable insights into supply chain management and procurement strategies within a global context, building expertise in sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Roles & Objectives

In this program, you will handle crucial tasks that add value to our procurement organization and enhance global supply chain strategies. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing RFQ packages, analysing offers, supporting negotiations, developing sourcing scenarios, and evaluating risks and benefits.


• Scouting suppliers and assessing their capabilities for the PMI portfolio.


• Strengthening supply security on emerging categories.


• Monitoring market trends and suggesting strategies to optimize costs and mitigate price hikes.


• Improving our ways of working by identifying and implementing process improvements and automating analytics.
