Join our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Vertical Market Residential team for a 9 – 12-month internship, with a commitment of 80-100%, based in Altstetten, Zurich.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for project management and coordination among cross-functional teams with a focus on Modular Building (industrialized construction). You will support in developing innovative marketing and communication tools and platforms, ensuring effective outreach and engagement:

• Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive Modular Building in Vertical Market Residential, support local teams rolling out solutions to customers and develop new solutions based on customer needs.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional Modular Building strategy together with other internal stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring & Marketing: Assist in sales budget execution, oversee dashboards, and develop regional marketing and communication tools.

Additionally, you will support the Vertical Market Residential Business Development team to drive growth in EMEA

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g., in Civil Engineering, Business Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proactivity, creativity, self-motivation, and a passion for innovation with a "growth mindset."
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German knowledge is advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Experience in digitalization and AI is a significant plus.
• Enjoy maintaining international relationships, open to occasional travel.
