YOUR TASKS:
As part of its strategy to strengthen its Corporate Finance platform, Kepler’s Corporate Finance team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.

As a member of the Debt advisory team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions:

• Research and analyze company and industry data ;
• Prepare lists of potential targets and opportunities ;
• Perform financial modelling and company valuations ;
• Draft client presentations and transaction materials ;
• Assist in the execution of deals :

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Studying towards a master's degree at an international leading school or university,
  ideally in finance or economics
• Fluent in English and French; any other language is a plus
• Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment
• Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory; capacity in financial modelling is a strong asset
• Previous uses of CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy consulting) would be appreciated, but is not a prerequisite

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
