Internship Expansion Management (m/w/d)

Would you like to actively contribute to promoting a sustainable future? At Fastned, we offer you the opportunity to participate as an Expansion Management Intern at the forefront of the electric mobility revolution and directly contribute to the realization of our mission "Freedom for the Electric Driver." Join our Swiss expansion team and help us build a Europe-wide network of over 1,000 fast-charging stations. We are a team of over 450 employees, spread across 11 locations. In Switzerland, we are based in Zurich. 15 colleagues are already looking forward to welcoming you!

What you will contribute

• You will research and support our expansion team in identifying suitable properties for future Fastned stations.

• You will work with suitable partner companies in the areas of retail, hotel and hospitality, and leisure to foster collaborations.

• You will make initial contact with property owners, brokers, and partner companies to secure potential sites.

• You will update our CRM with new leads, prospects, and projects.

• You will develop an overview of potential customers in the vicinity of our stations and make initial contact.

• You will assist with relevant tasks for Fastned's expansion in Switzerland, such as work for authorities, management presentations and documentation, and support during station openings.

Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything important about electric mobility and fast-charging infrastructure.

What you should bring

Are you someone who wants to make a difference through their work, enjoys working in a team, and wants to actively contribute to the sustainable transformation of mobility? You also recognize yourself in the following points:

• Ongoing or completed studies, preferably in the fields of Business Administration or Real Estate Management.

• Fluent English in spoken and written form, as well as German and/or French. Italian is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Structured working style and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills and openness to building new contacts.

• Openness to new tasks.

• Identification with Fastned's vision of sustainable mobility.
