About the team

You will join the HR Team based at the core of the Swiss Market of PMI. The team takes care of the market’s entire population in terms of managing and deploying different exciting projects and processes such as Talent and Performance Management, Population Upskilling, Business Partnering, Early Careers and many more!

What You’ll Work On

• Lead and manage the internal Internship Program :

• build the program’s brand identify;


• manage marketing activities around it by coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team


• create the interns’ journey and deploy its activities and events


• support managers during recruitment


• guide interns from their onboarding until their departure

• Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and support on different projects (e.g. from past waves : cultural change management, organizational design, upskilling of certain populations, etc)


• Support the HR team with internal communications and external engagement


• Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders


• Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings

Who we’re looking for

• Available from August 2026 to February 2027


• Enrolled in University (Bachelor or Master) at the time of the internship


• Curious, proactive, autonomous individual and with a strong attention to details


• Good project management


• Good AI knowledge and skills


• Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of projects and deadlines


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French/German as a plus
