IT Strategy Governance & Transformation Intern

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled MBA Intern to join our IT Strategy, Governance and Transformation team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the AI Fluency initiative and the Application Rationalization Program, supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the business.

What you will do:

• AI fluency enablement, including change management support, communications, and skills & capabilities development
• Lead Organizational Change Management for the Applications Rationalization Program, which includes putting together and operationalizing the strategy for the program and workstreams, stakeholder management and how to measure the impact

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
• Understanding of skill gap analysis and training need assessment (TNA) to design and support competency-based learning programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, gather requirements, and clearly present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Organizational Change Management expertise
• Program and workstream coordination in complex environments
• Analytical and outcome‑driven mindset
• Structured, pragmatic execution skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is a plus
• Business-level fluency in English
