• Enrolled in or recently completed a BSc or MSc in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and positive approach.
• Prior experience in a research laboratory environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated growth mindset, creative thinking, and the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
• A strong interest in scientific writing and presentation
