Retail Allocation Intern

Support and assist the Retail Allocation Team in the allocation activities to help meet or exceed sales opportunities (targets) with all strategies.

Analyze sales and stock performance for specific group of products and stores to improve allocation

Implement distribution strategies using available tools as Arthur Allocation, Armonica and Stealth.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accountable to the Retail Allocation Manager, support the allocation strategies for the product assigned with accuracy and by maintaining stock level based on actual results and variance versus historic and forecast
• Assist the Planning & Allocation team in system maintenance with the respect of deadlines
• Ensure the right balance of product in stores within their respective gender/category

KEY TASKS

• Responsible for weekly/monthly Stores stock holding for the specified group of stores and styles
• Collaborates with Retail Allocation Manager to ensure effective communication leading to the controlled and timely flow of stock
• Provide analysis to Planning and Buying team regarding performance of product/stores in order to improve processes and take quick decisions to maximize sales

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
• Languages: fluent English, another language will be considered a plus

• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines, good level of proactivity and organization
• Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented
