THE ROLE
Based in Verbier, Switzerland | Full time (100%) | From mid-July / August 1, 2025 until April 30, 2026
We’re looking for a creative, design-driven and hands-on intern to join our Marketing team, with a focus on retail experience, design execution, and trade marketing.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales and design teams to support the rollout of seasonal campaigns in-store and online — helping our products show up strong in retail spaces, trade shows, and partner doors. Whether it's building a window concept for a ski retailer, adapting visual assets for a core shop, or assisting with campaign reporting — you’ll be right at the intersection of creativity and brand experience.
Responsibilities
With the support of your manager, you will assist in:
Brand Visibility and Retail Engagement
- Design and adapt retail marketing assets, including POS materials, window graphics, signage, and trade shows layouts
- Create 3D mockups and layouts for retail environments
- Help bring creative direction to life across formats: from store displays to printed collateral to digital sell-in tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, premium brand execution across retail spaces
- Be the main point of contact for marketing communications to our retail partners: delivering campaign assets, trade marketing materials, and updates in a timely, organized way
Traditional Trade and Digital Marketing Strategies
- Assist in the creation of sell-in tools and seasonal launch decks for internal and retail-facing use
- Help produce and organize guidelines and retailer toolkits
- Coordinate the delivery of campaign materials, brand assets, and product launch information to our global retail network
- Ensure marketing calendars and asset libraries are up to date and accessible for internal and external use
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct retail benchmarking and visual merchandising trend research to inspire and elevate execution
- Support post-campaign reporting and creative documentation (visual recaps, photos, layout archives)
- Help monitor and analyze partner feedback and asset usage to improve future campaign rollouts
- Background in Graphic Design, Interior/Spatial Design, or Visual Marketing Communication
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experienced in 3D design tools such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, or similar
- Organized and comfortable managing communication with multiple retail partners
- Strong visual sense — able to design across formats and bring brand storytelling into physical spaces
- Passionate about freeski, snowboard, and outdoor culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus (French, German)
- Bonus: experience with print production, copywriting, or digital asset management
- Availability to work on weekends where necessary, with compensation of time off in the following week
