Student Support - Transfer Pricing team 40-80%

Job Description
 

The Transfer Pricing team is seeking a Student Support to assist with various tasks and this role will provide exposure to cross-border transactions and operational structures within the asset management sector.

This student position offers a flexible schedule during the academic term, with an expected commitment of approximately two to three days per week, with the possibility to work full-time during academic breaks. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.

In this role you will support with the following tasks:

• Support in the preparation, formatting and updating of intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation, ensuring consistency and completeness;
• Collect, review and consolidate information from internal stakeholders to maintain accurate database and reports, including preparing structured summaries and initial analysis;
• Support the preparation and maintenance of internal transfer pricing policies and related documentation;
• Monitor deadlines, track document status across projects and assist in coordinating deliverables in a timely and organized manner;
• Provide general administrative and operational support, including support with ad-hoc transfer pricing projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Economics, Business Administration, and Business Law;
• Relevant / first prior work experience is highly valued;
• Proficient language skills in German and good level of English is expected;
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
• Dedicated and proactive team player with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced working environment;
• Keen attention to detail while maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence, and taking initiatives.
