YOUR MISSION

  • Support the full recruitment journey from job posting to hiring while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Create, publish, and update job advertisements.
  • Screen applications and help shortlist promising candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed.
  • Support contract preparation and recruitment administration.
  • Keep recruitment data clean and candidate pools well organized.
  • Discover new talent through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Grow into an active recruiting role step by step.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently studying HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have first administrative or commercial experience, and a strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • French, Italian, or another European language is a plus.
  • You enjoy working with people and building trustful relationships.
  • You are proactive, organized, curious, and ready to learn.
