What you’ll be doing:

As a Workplace & Community Engagement Intern, you will support the People Team in enhancing our office culture and community. This role ensures that our global team feels connected and supported. You will gain hands-on experience in managing office operations and community-building initiatives.

• Assist in managing daily office operations to ensure that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes handling logistical aspects and maintaining a well-organized office environment.


• Support the creation of a cohesive and positive office community across our offices in Zurich, London, Singapore, and New York.


• Help with project management tasks, including scheduling and vendor management.


• Participate in planning and executing events and activities to foster team engagement.
