Digital Solution Intern

CONTEXT

We are looking for a Digital Solution Intern starting between the 1st of June 2024 and the 1st of september 2024 at the latest for a duration of 6 to 12 months.

As a Digital Solution Intern, you will work closely with different department stakeholders including IT. For an exciting journey with the objective to digitalise and automate the physical security, health, and safety operation.  Your main mission will be to develop a digital holistic solution according to the need of the European region.  In addition to developing your skills, you will in this cross-functional role, gain insight into the world of security, health, and safety in the luxury industry.

The position is based in Meyrin, Switzerland and you will report to the Regional Director Physical Security, Health & Safety.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Analysing and manipulating large datasets from multiple sources.
• Identifying and documenting data quality issues.
• Implementing new KPIs & dashboards.
• Monitoring project progress
• Creating a plan for corrections in collaboration with the project team.
• Helping the project team to document and set business rules to ensure a continuous improvement of our data integrity.
• Working with a variety of people and functions based in Europe

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You are currently enrolled in a university , pursuing an Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification in Data Science, Software Engineering, or IT Development.
• You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
• You have strong MS Office knowledge (Power Platform is a mandatory skill)
• You have knowledge in IT development, especially a focus on data science and process automation.
• You have excellent organisational skills (project management, time management)
• You have strong analytical skills, ability to collect, organise, analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• You are proactive, curious, and show good judgement and come with suggestions & ideas.
• You will interact with several stakeholders across functions. 
• You will get to travel to some of our location in Europe .
