Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Reconcile accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and inquiries - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Reliable and motivated individual with strong attention to detail - Adaptability and leadership skills to thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
