Accountant

Job Description:

EMS-Chemie Holding AG is seeking a passionate and motivated Accountant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance team and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Reconcile bank statements and accounts - Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data - Assist with audits and financial analysis - Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 1 year of accounting experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
