Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our team as an Accountant at Publix Super Markets in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time entry level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports 2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable 3. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions 4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting 5. Prepare and file tax returns 6. Perform general ledger reconciliations 7. Assist with financial audits 8. Provide support to the finance team as needed 9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2. Confident and driven personality 3. Strong planning and leadership skills 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software 7. Attention to detail and accuracy 8. Knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
