Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and passionate Accountant to join our team at Ameriprise Financial in Geneva, Switzerland. This part-time position is entry-level, making it ideal for individuals who are just starting their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports - Prepare financial statements and balance sheets - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines - Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
