Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Accountant to join our team at Straumann Holding AG in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for handling the financial records of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Analyze financial data and identify trends - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy - Assist with audits and tax preparation - Provide support for financial projects and initiatives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed - Assist with cash flow management and forecasting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
