Accountant

Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a part-time Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records - Assist with month-end and year-end close processes - Prepare financial reports and analysis - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Assist with tax preparation and compliance - Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Decision-making and persuasion soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
