Accounts Payable

Energy Transfer Equity is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a member of our finance department, the Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices for payment - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Resolve invoice discrepancies - Maintain vendor relationships - Prepare and submit reports - Assist with month-end closing - Assist with audit preparation - Perform other finance-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
