Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Payable Associate for our office in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong time management and decision-making skills
