Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of confidence and passion for their work.

Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices - Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strategic planning and decision-making skills - Confidence and passion for the work
