Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Broadcom in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors as needed - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing - Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
