Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Accounts Payable team at BlackRock in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an entry-level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Prepare and process payments using electronic payment systems - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

Requirements: - Entry-level position with 0 years of experience required - Motivated and passionate about working in finance - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
