Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

S&P Global is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
