Job Description:

Casey’s General Stores is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, and is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist in preparing reports and analysis related to accounts payable - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient attitude - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strategic planning and teamwork skills
