Accounts Payable - Work from home

As an Accounts Payable Associate at Kistler Instrumente AG, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process while working from the comfort of your own home. Your role will involve processing invoices, reconciling payments, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization - Process invoices in a timely manner and ensure timely payment to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline the accounts payable process

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
