Job Description:

Ameren, located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and possesses strong strategic planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any issues - Assist in the preparation of financial reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
