Remote Accounts Receivable

Implenia AG is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our growing team. This part-time position will be based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, and is ideal for someone at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

As a Remote Accounts Receivable specialist at Implenia AG, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collection - Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies - Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts - Communicating with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes - Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting - Utilizing accounting software to maintain accurate records and documentation

To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and resourceful, with strong planning and teamwork skills. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential.
