Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a hardworking and energetic personality. This individual must also exhibit strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor and collect outstanding payments from customers - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with customers to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships - Assist with month-end closing activities - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
