Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable at UnitedHealth Group in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of the company. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for adaptable and driven individuals who possess strong research skills and can easily adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments - Communicate with customers to answer any billing inquiries - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
